1. Return Window

Eligible within 3 days of delivery. COD and offline direct-delivered items are not eligible. 


2. Product Conditions

Must be unused, non-activated, in the original packaging, and in the exact condition received. 


3. How to Initiate a Return

Contact customer support at +91 8668248036(WhatsApp/Call).

Provide order details, reason, and supporting photos/videos.

You'll receive an RMA number, then ship (preferably via tracked method) along with original accessories. 


4. Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting the item, you'll be informed of approval status.

If approved, refund is issued within 3 days, credited to the original payment method.

Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable, unless error is on their part.

A 5–10% return charge may be applicable depending on the case.
